Our client is a commercial practice based in the Richmond/Surrey area.
They're looking for an additional residential property solicitor or experienced legal executive to join their small team. A full caseload awaits, along with secretarial support.
The role:
- General residential property work, including residential sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, landlord and tenant
- Working with other members of a close-knit team
- Involvement in marketing activities and business development generally
The successful applicant will ideally have at least a year's experience of residential property work, as described above, although the firm is more than happy to consider applicants with considerably more experience.
This is a friendly, collegiate practice where colleagues work closely and collaboratively. A great opportunity for any London or Surrey based residential property lawyer perhaps looking for a less aggressive working environment, that offers quality work.
