Locum Planning Lawyer
Our local authority client is looking for an experienced planning law locum to join the team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for a varied caseload including:
- Section 106 agreements
- Advising at planning committees (if local)
- General planning law advice
- Enforcement work
Full or part time working hours will be considered alongside fully remote working. This is a great opportunity to join a small and friendly local authority legal team and take on good quality work.
Person specification
Candidates will need to have recent and relevant experience and will be a qualified Solicitor or legal executive, ideally with a public sector background.
