An exciting Corporate Commercial solicitor role in Taunton.

A leading South West law firm is looking to recruit a Corporate/Commercial solicitor to join a successful team which continues to grow. The firm are flexible in terms of PQE level, and would like to receive applications from solicitors NQ-7 PQE.

You will have gained experience in either a Corporate or Commercial environment at either trainee or qualified level, and will be looking to take that next step with a firm who can push your career on. With first class training, strong levels of responsibility afforded and the opportunity to work alongside leading individuals in the region, this is the perfect opening for an ambitious solicitor determined to develop to their full potential.

The role will involve both general and transactional Corporate work, as well as commercial contract matters such as supply, distribution, franchise agreements and terms and conditions. There will also be the opportunity to gain some IP and IT work.
