Global Intelligence business are searching for a Lead Employment Counsel.
This is a hybrid opportunity with offices in: London, Manchester, Birmingham and Milton Keynes.
Working closely with the senior management team and with the support of a Legal Assistant you will provide both Contentious and Non-Contentious advice to the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working closely with HR providing legal advice and support in employment cases. Managing employment tribunal claims from receipt of claim through to full merit hearings. Conducting advocacy at hearings when needed. Managing employment and litigation issues, including settling disputes and overseeing agreements. Providing employment law guidance and training as appropriate. Providing employment law support in relation to restructuring/reorganisation and TUPE.
SKILLSET
- UK legal qualification (4 years +). Expert knowledge of UK employment law and practice. Good knowledge of ER procedures and processes such as employment tribunals, disability, diversity and equal opportunities.
