Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting for a locum Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive local authority based in South London!
This is a great opening for an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a very diverse London Local Authority. The workload will be varied, covering the full range of Adult Social Care matters, which may include:
- Community Care
- Court of Protection
- Deprivation of Liberty
- NRPF
- Judicial Reviews
- Ordinary residence matters
- Adult mental health work
This position is an amazing opportunity to join a popular authority who are very welcoming and accommodating of their staff members. Given the current situation the successful candidate will work remotely for the forseeable future but they can also attend the office if desired. The position is a full-time role but some flexible requirements can be considered.
Our client is looking for the successful adults lawyer to start as soon as possible and to hit the ground running in this busy role. However they are happy to wait a 2-3 month notice period for the right candidate.
The ideal Adults Lawyer will come from a public sector background, although candidates with relevant experience in private practice are encouraged to apply as long as relevant experience is demonstrated.
Pay rates are flexible depending on level of experience.
