Commercial/Tech opportunity with leading software company

Our client is looking to make their first legal hire in the UK. Following its IPO in recent years, the company has scaled significantly, which has seen them open an office in the UK. Based in London, the office serves as the European HQ and will spearhead and accelerate growth across the region.

To support this key phase, our client is seeking to appoint an adept counsel to manage and mitigate risk by designing and implementing localised policies and procedures. Reporting into the global legal team, you will have the chance to make an immediate impact and influence and shape the legal department to be an efficient business service function.

As you would expect, the primary focus will be commercial work with proven experience with SaaS agreements, reseller, other partnership agreements and procurement agreements being prerequisites. Additionally, familiarity with privacy and data protection regulations and IP agreements would be beneficial.
