An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a thriving London local authority as a Property Lawyer or Senior Property Lawyer on a locum-term locum basis.
This dynamic and collaborative local authority is looking for a commercially minded and ambitious Property Lawyer to be an integral part of the team and deliver on a range of interesting projects.
To assume the role of (Senior) Property Lawyer, you will have significant property law experience, ideally within a local authority however our client is also willing to consider applicants from private practice.
This role will bring challenge, autonomy, opportunity and is highly rewarding. You will be part of an excellent team and will have the chance to be involved in high-value, complex projects in property and regeneration. For the successful Lawyer, this role could also provide long term prospects for those who are open to considering permanent opportunities down the line.
The successful (Senior) Property Lawyer will be handling legal work in the following areas:
- Commercial property
- Residential property
- Regeneration (optional)
