We are currently working with a top 100 regional law firm, who are looking for a UK & Wales qualified Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their London team.
The Firm
- They are a well-established firm, who are renowned for their high turnover of Residential Property work.
- The firm are currently in a massive growth trajectory, with the previous year turning over £66.6 million.
- They offer flexible working arrangements and some of the best quality work available in today's market.
The Role:
- Advising on all aspects of real estate finance, including but not limited to: due diligence, requisitions, and lending.
- The role also involves drafting documents and working within a team to contribute towards business development.
- Ensuring all time critical tasks are prioritised.
- Acting for multiple lender clients to deal with their real estate finance transactions. Dealing with these matters through the entire process to completion.
- Freedom to handle your own files and client contact and also responsibility for delivery of transactions etc.
- Playing a supportive role to other aspects of work undertaken in the team as a senior associate.
- Provide all clients with a quality service to maintain and improve relationships.
Experience Required:
- UK & Wales Qualified Solicitor with 2 to 4 years' post qualification experience.
- Comprehensive real estate finance knowledge, and strong communication skills.
- Enthusiasm to provide the best quality of client care.
- An excellent track record of billing and quality of output
- A proactive and creative approach to work
- Natural relationship management skills
