Real Estate Paralegal

One of our London based Law Firm clients is searching for a Paralegal to join its busy, successful real estate department on a permanent basis. Candidates will require at least 6 months experience in a similar real estate paralegal role. This role will support a team of fee-earners in a fast paced and professional environment and will be a great opportunity for an individual to learn and grow in their career. The position will see the candidate working on a variety of real estate work including commercial real estate, development work, corporate support and more.

The main duties involved in this role will be to aid the fee-earning team in reviewing and analysing documents, and assisting in drafting, and amending documents when needed. Candidates will also assist in preparing Land Registry and SDLT returns. Candidates will also be required to assist with the preparation creation of legal packs or data rooms. Other duties will include but are not limited to researching points of law and drafting advisory notes for fee-earners, maintaining deeds and records, and assisting other departments or sectors of the firm on a variety of inter-departmental projects.

Candidates do not need to have an LPC qualification but will need 6 months experience in a real estate paralegal role. The firm offer hybrid working and offer a 50/50 split. Standard hours for this role are 9:30am-5:30pm with a flexible attitude around the needs of the firm. This role is paying up to £35,000.
