Residential Property Solicitor – This highly regarded regional law firm with an outstanding reputation is now looking for a further Conveyancing Lawyer, either Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their property team at their West Kent office.
About the Role
You will be working alongside a supportive team where you will be managing your own quality caseload of Residential Property matters, such as sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgaging, right to buy, and transfer of equity.
Candidate Requirements
They are ideally looking for a candidate with 1-2 years’ experience of managing a similar caseload within a top regional practice. You will be able to address matters efficiently, have good organisational and communication skills and an active involvement in business development and marketing for the department.
