Chadwick Nott have just been instructed to find a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor on behalf of a Top 30 Law Firm based in Manchester city centre.
The scope of the role will be extremely varied and will include corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory and contract review, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, business sales, commercial t&cs for businesses.
You will be an experienced career Paralegal having worked in a Corporate Commercial Solicitor . This is an excellent opportunity to join a Top 30 Law Firm where you will gain exposure to some really great quality work.
