Corporate Solicitor - 1+ PQE, Cardiff

Our client is currently seeking a junior corporate solicitor to join their successful team. You will be dealing with corporate work for wide range of clients including household names, ranging from start-ups to large corporations, and advising on numerous corporate-related matters such as company law, corporate governance, M&A, general business advice, investments, shareholder agreements and joint ventures amongst other things.
