Location: Bath
I am working with a Top 100 Law Firm who are looking for a Partner to head up their Real Estate Health & Social Care sector.
This role would suit a Senior Associate with experience who is looking to secure partnership, or an existing Partner looking to grow and lead the firm's Health & Social Care sector team from a real estate perspective.
Sector experience is not necessary, but an interest in Health & Social Care is required. They are not expecting the successful applicant to come with a following. You will inherit a large client base and the current Partner is happy to make necessary introductions to the existing client base.
They would consider Equity Partnership for anyone who is able to bring a substantial following.
The Health & Social Care team act for a wide number of clients including residential and nursing, specialist and learning disability, retirement villages, children's services and homecare and supported living.
The majority of business almost exclusively comes from private and not-for-profit (charity) sectors. No public work as such.
You manage a team of real estate lawyers and paralegals working in this sector. My client has ambitious plans for growth, so you will also be required to assist with the marketing of the sector team and department's services and undertaking business development activities to support the growth of the firm and team/sector.
