THE ROLE:
A rare opportunity has arisen within this modern and forward-thinking law firm. You will be working alongside Senior Solicitors and Partners who are experts in their field. The firm are particularly interested in speaking with Contested Probate Solicitors and Partners who have an existing client following that are looking for a better work/life balance. You should want to break away from the traditional settings of a law firm and work in a collective but modern way - as a Fee-Share Consultant. The firm are actively recruiting for this role as an increase of clients and work directed to the firms busy Private Client team requires an additional consultant who is able to bring a small following but is wanting to hit the ground running with an existing client base.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a Senior Solicitor / Partner with over 6 years’ experience dealing with a full caseload of Contested Probate Matters. You will be tenacious and hard-working, with a drive to push forward your career and take control. You will thrive working from home and within a team - both on offer with this modern, forward-thinking firm. The firm are particularly interested in hearing from Solicitors with a substantial client following, however the firm are in a position that they have a lot of existing work and clients that they are able to pass over.
