Leasehold Enfranchisement Locum

Our client, a well regarded multi-office firm with branches across London and Surrey, is looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to start as son as possible for an period of one month initially covering a period of sick leave.

This role can be completed either remotely or in the office, depending on the candidate's preference.

The successful candidate will exhibit detailed knowledge in the field of leasehold enfranchisement and the associated legislation which underpins that work, including the Leasehold Reform Act 1967, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.

Given the role is niche in the nature of the work, this client is offering a competitive hourly rate and flexibility around working hours should that be required.
