Newly Qualified Family Lawyer required for a large regional law firm based in Lancashire

This is a large regional law firm based across Lancashire that are going through an exciting time of growth and looking to bring in a new commercial property lawyer to deal with an increasing workload and new clients. The firm operate across the full legal spectrum, dealing with personal injury, wills and probate, property, corporate and commercial law plus much more. The company house a very talented and recognised property team.

Your new role
This law firm are looking for a Solicitor to join the Family Team in their Lancashire office. In the position, you will spend time dealing with a range of family matters in both private and legal aid cases. You will be required to work closely with other solicitors, partners and paralegals on their cases, and have direct communication with external clients and third parties. There will be a need to attend court and hearings, complete advocacy work and utilise case management systems.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you are an upcoming qualifier, or a newly qualified lawyer within family law. You will have ideally gained some legal advocacy and aid experience, and be confident and comfortable in handling your own caseload. The firm would also consider candidates who are more experienced.
