THE ROLE:
A new vacancy has arisen for 4+ year PQE Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer/Conveyancing Executive/Legal Executive to join this busy and well respected agriculture and estates team. The team understands farming from a personal and professional perspective, taking into account that farming is more than a business, but often a whole generational way of life. They listen to the needs of each farming family and often work with them generation after generation to ensure that they can tailor advice to meet their, and their successors, wishes and aspirations. You will handle a broad range of matters, including (but not limited to) overage agreements; land transactional work and advice; advice on easements, licences, fishing rights, shooting rights etc; AHA tenancy advice, succession; Farm Business Tenancy advice; sales and purchase of leasehold and freehold property.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing a caseload which incorporates all aspects of residential work and some previous exposure to agriculture transactions. The candidate will have a real desire to diversify into agricultural property work exclusively and will have the drive and ambition to undertake training to use this as an opportunity for career progression. The candidate will need to be able to work with minimal supervision.
