The role:

Opportunity for a dynamic Corporate Solicitor Corporate Associate with 3-5 years PQE to join one of the best corporate teams operating out of the Capital.

You will work across a broad range of corporate transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investments and joint ventures, restructures and public company work.

The team want someone who is passionate about business development as they will give you the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry. Therefore, you must have advanced communication skills and a genuine entrepreneurial flair.

You will be given a high level of exposure from the outset and a platform to raise your profile within the corporate space.

Requirements:

• Corporate Solicitor 3-5 yearsPQE with experience in a quality corporate practice
• Outstanding technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
• Proven ability to generate business and identify prospects within the corporate space
