An impressive, Legal 200 firm with multiple offices across Surrey and South London is keen to appoint an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor to lead the team in their Oxted office.
This position will be at senior associate or partner level, which has an established team of solicitors and support staff to lead and manage, there are already good existing relationships with the local estate agents therefore business development isn't necessary but the ability to nurture good relationships is essential.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor circa 6 years post qualification, who can demonstrate strong technical knowledge as departments cases are wide-ranging including high street lenders on sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties for the first-time buyer to high-net-worth clients.
