An ambitious and forward thinking Legal 500 firm on the edge of London and the Thames Valley is seeking a junior property litigation solicitor for its highly regarded team in South Bucks.
You will ideally be an NQ or have around 4 years’ PQE and should have experience that covers a broad range of matters to include the 1954 Act renewals, Leasehold Enfranchisement, landlord and tenant disputes, residential and commercial debt recovery and break clauses is desirable as are good client liaison/interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and the ability to organise, prioritise and handle a busy and varied caseload. You will join an established team of 3 who act for both commercial clients and individuals and work across a broad range of sectors. The firm can offer a generous salary and benefits package along with excellent and ongoing support, progression, and development.
