My client is a national full service commercial law firm who are currently looking to bolster their Court of Protection offering based out of their central Nottingham office.
 
This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor (from NQ level upwards) with previous court of protection experience to join one of the East Midlands most reputable and renowned law firms. You will manage a caseload of Court of Protection matters (including some advocacy) primarily for the NHS and independent sector health and social care clients and local authorities. 
 
You will also be given exposure to a broad range of health and social care advisory issues, including mental health, mental capacity, deprivation of liberty, medical treatment decisions and safeguarding etc. 
 
You will be dealing with high quality work as part of a supportive and dynamic team where you'll have senior solicitors and partners on hand to provide support. You will have full legal assistant support to help streamline the process and provide the best level of service to your clients.
