The Role:

- To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity work & corporate governance
- As an experienced lawyer, you will also have the opportunity to supervise the junior members of the team and get involved in business development

The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Corporate Solicitor with 4 to 7 years PQE
