Commercial Litigation Solicitor, London – This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded team who are consistently recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500.

JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 5 – 7 years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £75,000 – £85,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This is a varied role covering all kinds of commercial disputes (largely contentious) on behalf of large corporates, owner managed businesses, public bodies, insurers, professional practices, regulatory bodies and private individuals. You will be managing your own caseload as well as assisting and supporting Partner and other case handlers, together with the training and supervision of more junior team members.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitors with between 5 – 7 years’ PQE who have a flexible and adaptable approach. You will need to possess strong drafting skills, preferrable with experience of preparing pleadings, witness statements and other key litigation documents. A high level of commercial awareness together with being conscientious, self-motivated and hardworking is essential as well as being organised and methodical. You will be able to work to strict deadlines whilst ensuring excellent attention to detail is always maintained.
