A small high street firm based in Yardley, Birmingham is seeking to appoint a residential conveyancing solicitor to join its small team. You will join as the sole conveyancer alongside the managing partner to handle your own low volume caseload!

Our client is a small but reputable high street firm on the outskirts of Birmingham. They work with a few local estate agents, but the main bulk of your work will come from probate sales off the back of their private client work.
You will be expected to handle 50-60 files at any one time, and on average around 15 completions per month.
As the successful candidate, you will be a qualified solicitor NQ-5 years with at least two years’ experience running your own matters.
This is a great opportunity for a conveyancing solicitor looking to step away from the volume in a very flexible and family friendly environment.
