A Legal 500 firm with multiple sites in the Home Counties is seeking a commercial property solicitor for its central Bedfordshire based team.
You will ideally be a commercial property solicitor with around 3-5 years' PQE that should cover the full range of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management and site development work. The existing team of 6 lawyers, with additional support staff, act for both local and national clients who range from owner managers to list companies and you can expect to take over an existing caseload but will be encouraged to develop this further. You can expect a generous salary and benefits and the chance to have a genuine role in the future of the successful department.
