The Role
The firm are looking for an Investment & Development Solicitor (1-4 years PQE) to join their buzzing Manchester office in the heart of the City.
Continuously awarded for being one of the leading law firms in Property, the Real Estate team is a key focus of their business across a wide range of sectors. The Manchester department forms an integral part of their national team. Due to their success, they are looking to further grow and development their Legal 500 recognised team.
Your caseload will cover asset management work, occupier lease work and wider real estate work. This will also include the property side of development work for public and private sector clients, often in the context of large scale or interesting regeneration projects. The team often assists other teams within the firm on large scale projects for M&A work and large-scale commercial refinancing.
The team's client base is diverse, covering registered providers, local authorities, government organisations, pension funds, charities and private companies.
Career development is structured, supported by Partners' mentoring, and allows for rapid movement within the team, meaning for an ambitious Associate, senior positions are fully attainable with a clear-cut path to achieve it.
Requirements
- You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years' experience
- Experience in investment and development matters
- Experience managing your own caseload of high calibre work and clients,
- You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing
- You will have a meticulous eye for detail
