Role: Senior Legal Counsel - Europe & Africa

Following a major acquisition, a brand new Senior Legal Counsel opportunity has arise in the Group Legal & Compliance Department, currently a team of six in Europe.

Reporting into the European General Counsel, as Senior Legal Counsel you will have responsibility for the delivery of accurate legal advice in the fields of contract general commercial and corporate law, as well as on compliance and litigation related matters.

As well as being a key contract for the European business, you will have responsibility for legal support and advice to the company's subsidiaries and interests in Africa.


About you

The role requires a commercial generalist who is able to provide legal and commercial advice in various jurisdictions on a broad range of legal matters.

Applications are encouraged from solicitors with at least 10 years' PQE, and existing in-house experience in a manufacturing, or similar, industry is highly beneficial.
