Catastrophic Injury / Large Loss Fee Earner - This team focuses on high value, complex RTA and EL/PL work. It represents an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a fixed term contract with the possibility of going permanent.

Role Summary

- Reports to: Partner
- Expertise: Claimant or defendant RTA and or EL/PL experience including fast track and/or multi track. Experience of complex causation matters and medical issues would be useful as would cross jurisdictional cases.
Range of candidates considered - qualified or unqualified
The team is interested in hearing from fee earners whether solicitors, legal executives or experienced paralegals who may be interested in joining the team on a fixed term contract. The department handles a broad spread of complex high-value RTA and EL/PL work from some of the country's top insurers.
Ideally, as a guide, they are interested in hearing from applicants with the following experience:
- complex indemnity and RTA liability as well as analysing complex medical issues and causation;
- EL/PL experience would also be useful;
- Motor Insurers' Bureau cases and/or cross border claims;
- strong advocacy skills;
- quantum analysis.
As this is a fixed term contract and the team are looking for support as soon as possible, the hiring managers will consider a broad range of candidates.
