Compliance Consultancy - Divisional Director

Company Information: A leading asset management focused consultancy firm is looking to hire a Divisional Director responsible for delivering Compliance Consulting services to its buy-side clients (private equity, venture capital, real estate, corporate finance, FinTech, etc). They would have access to a team of compliance professionals and would be expected to be the key client contact for all our services and lead a small team to deliver excellent client service in connection with FCA Applications and Outsourced Compliance Function services.

Main Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering project-based pieces of work
• Acting as the client relationship manager for all outsource compliance clients
• Working with the technology teams to develop technology to help drive efficiencies
• Establishing excellent client relationships
• Leading small teams
• Training small teams

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience from a similar Consulting firm focusing on buy side clients
• Excellent technical knowledge on compliance matters for multiple assets classes (buy side)
• A track record of developing excellent client relationships
• The ability to work well in a team and to leverage junior resources
• A desire to be seen as a trusted partner for our clients
• The ability to work autonomously
