Paralegal Role

A highly-regarded international firm is looking for a paralegal to join them in their well-performing asset management and energy networks teams, in Birmingham.


The Paralegal position:

• As a paralegal in the Energy Networks Team, you will be working as part of a team which secures legal property rights for electric, gas and telecoms apparatus to ensure the safe operation of these networks.
• You will complete tasks across all aspects of the processes to become really familiar with how the team works.
• As a paralegal in the Asset Management team, you will be working as part of a team which works for property investors.
• The team assists with the management of their clients' assets across all sectors, including industrial and logistics, office and retail.
• The work involves leasehold transactions including granting new leases, renewals, surrenders, re-gears, dealing with landlord's and tenant's works, licences and wayleaves.
• As a paralegal in either of these teams, you will interact with all aspects of the work and become really familiar with how the team works.
• You will have direct contact with clients and become a very valued and integral part of the teams.

The Ideal Paralegal

• You will ideally have experience as a paralegal, but this is not essential as training will be given
• You must be a confident and enthusiastic individual who is ready to learn as much as possible
