Introduction
Our client, an international bank in London, is looking for a 4-8 PQE+* Investigations Lawyer as a result of significant growth in the business.
You will be working closely with the senior management team in a highly varied role covering a variety of matters such as investigations, litigation and risk advisory, treasury etc.
Key Responsibilities
You will sit within a well-established Legal team, supporting the business on a variety of legal matters.
The day to day responsibilities will include:
- Managing internal investigations Reporting on the investigation to senior management. Advising in dealings with the regulator; Advising in relation to and managing litigation; Liaising with external counsel when required.
Key Requirements
- This role will be ideal for an 4-8 PQE+* Investigations Lawyer who is looking for a role providing autonomy and a broad diet of work. Experience of interviewing witnesses and writing of reports is required. Management of cross-border matters is desired. If from private practice, in-house secondment experience will be desirable not essential
