Great opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join a prestigious UK law firm. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Business Development to create and implement multi-channel market-leading campaigns for identified areas of work/sectors from concept to delivery with regular reporting to track progress and measure ROI. This key role is designed to support the commercial activities of the business, it will encompass a range of Marketing and Business Development, from PR, social media, events, through to research, targeting and new business generation. The following are the primary functions that will fall within this role: Develop and execute a firm-wide best practice approach to campaigns. This will complement the firm's overall business plan and strategy. Liaise with the Head of Marketing and Business Development to identify opportunities and commercial issues and build out targeted and focused campaigns for clients and prospects. Collaborate with Sector Heads and their Sub-Groups to support the continued growth of their areas and client base. Ensure appropriate forecasts, reviews and reports are in place to demonstrate ROI for campaigns and initiatives undertaken. Assist the Head of Marketing and Business Development to ensure all objectives are delivered in line with departmental budgets. Assist in raising the firm's profile including: Creating, implementing and managing social media content and engagement. Identify suitable campaign opportunities across spectrum of Marketing and Business Development (social media, PR, events, targeting). Collaborate with external PR agency and other third-party service providers to ensure effective and impactful results. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and around 5 years of experience, ideally from a professional services firm. You must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong writing and editing skills. You must be able to prioritise and manage workload, work independently and as a member of teams, and complete tasks under time pressure as necessary. You will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to professional growth and development.
