Residential Conveyancers and Assistants

A well-performing and tight-knit practice is East London is looking for talented conveyancing professionals to join their team!


THE FIRM

They are expanding at the moment and have lots of new work coming in. They are on the panel for several big name housebuilders and now is a very exciting time to join them!


THE ROLES

The firm is looking for people to join them in the following roles:

1. Caseworker - progressing cases and completing title checks, reviewing leases and contracts and liaising with clients
2. Conveyancer/Solicitor - managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions, equity releases, dealing with high-net-worth clients
3. Conveyancing Assistant - assisting the conveyancers with their caseloads, completing tasks at all stages of the conveyancing process to help everything go smoothly


ABOUT YOU

To be considered for any of the above roles, you will need to be:

- Experienced in conveyancing work (whether that be as a fee earner or an assistant)
- Confident and ready to hit the ground running

In addition, if you wish to be considered for the conveyancer role, you will need to have at least 2 years of experience as a conveyancer and be confident with a variety of conveyancing transactions.


FURTHER INFORMATION

- Conveyancing assistant salary is £20,000-£25,000 depending on experience
- Conveyancing caseworker salary is £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience
- Conveyancer/Solicitor salary is £35,000-£45,000 depending on PQE and experience
- Excellent bonus scheme on offer
