Costs Draftsperson

A fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Law Costs Draftsperson to join a leading Top 50 Law Firm in Liverpool!

This Cost Draftsperson role would see you responsible for:

• Handling a caseload of largely Catastrophic Injury multi-track Costs claims from 'cradle to grave'
• Deal with all aspects of the claim, including drafting, negotiating and reporting
• Undertake advocacy at CCMCs and Budget Hearings where appropriate and if desired
• Feedback to senior team members on interesting features of each case, and ensure that all settlement data is captured/completed

Ideally, you will be an experienced Costs Draftsperson, Costs Lawyer or Costs Solicitor with at least 1 years' experience dealing with high-valued multi-track Costs claims. You will be able to work independently on your own caseload whilst also being comfortable with working as part of a team, and feel confident in your ability to handle all aspects of a Costs claims. You will be given the opportunity to work on high-value and complex Costs claims alongside a highly-experienced team, providing great opportunities for further career development and training that can help boost your career within Costs. The firm will also provide great opportunities to conduct advocacy should you want this, allowing for great training opportunities for those less experienced in advocacy!
