An elite US law firm client are looking to hire a junior associate into its Finance team based in London.

The role will involve advising funds, lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border finance transactions. This may include funds finance, leveraged and acquisition financings and financial restructurings.

It is an excellent opportunity for a junior Finance lawyer to take their career to the next level by joining a premium US law firm in London.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates with 1-3 years' PQE from a recognised Finance practice at a top City firm. This role requires a stable career record and a strong academic background.
