Direct from the lead partner, this is an opportunity to play a big part in a growing and reputed City Funds team with genuinely reasonable chargeable hours. Working closely with the lead and personable Funds partner in the London office, the incoming Associate will have exposure to an established client base from day one, and have excellent support as well as clear progression and client development opportunities.
Our client law firm is a major international practice with a proven name in major, mid-market corporate deals and other transactional and advisory work. This role will involve all manner of high-value funds work, including closed-ended funds and fund-raising work for major investment and fund managers.
Current or previous funds experience is very welcome, however we will consider applicants with good backgrounds in corporate, financial services and funds and without any funds experience. You must be training or be working in a highly-rated London or national law firm, or in-house. We will consider those qualifying in September 2022 or with more experience, up to 4 PQE or higher.
To discuss this role and your current situation confidentially, please contact Philip Jennings, Director.
Jameson Legal acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
Please note: Where a level of experience, such as 'PQE', is indicated, please note that this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience. This does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience
