The Role
Senior Corporate Solicitor to join Tier 1 Bristol team as a Knowledge (PSL) Lawyer
Supporting a team of 30 fee earners and working within an established Knowledge team, you'll give insight and guidance to those active in M&A's, Buy-outs, PE, and VC, be it for entrepreneurs up to publicly-listed entities.
Day to day, the role entails monitoring trends, mitigating risk, aiding strategic development, delivering often bespoke training, procedural changes and maintaining knowledge resources - a real mix.
Those in Knowledge have a clear set and realistic pathways to Legal Director and Partnership, given the firm's view on ensuring career momentum and the importance placed on those supporting a crucial and growing arm of the business.
Requirements
- 5+ PQE experience within Corporate Law
- Ideally, a strong working knowledge of PE and ECM's
- Passion for your work and building relationships
- Committed to delivering longstanding improvements
