The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join a highly regarded, award winning Corporate team in Leeds City Centre.

You will gain exposure to a genuinely first-class quality of work, advising listed companies and investment banks focusing on Corporate Finance matters. The type of work you will be involved in includes takeovers, IPOs, and M&A.

Working alongside some of the most respected names in Corporate Law, you will be supported to develop your technical skills and commercial awareness whilst being encouraged to climb the progression ladder.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE
  • Have gained experience at a respected city or large regional law firm
  • Have had exposure to ECM, M&A, and IPOs
  • You will be comfortable working independently and collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Be an ambitious, commercially driven individual looking to join one of the most respected Corporate teams in the Country
  • Comfortable with business development
