Our client was founded in 2002 and is headquarted in London. They are a PE firm with around £3bn in AUM. They are looking to hire an additional lawyer into their team, with responsibility providing legal and compliance across the firm.
The perfect candidate will have 1-3 years PQE, qualifying in UK/US or Commonwealth jurisdiction. Furthermore, they will have experience working with Corporate, PE or VC at a top law firm. The successful postholder will need to have a strong organisational ability, a willingness to respond to requests on a tight deadline and also be commercial.
