The role

This award-winning law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor 3+ PQE to join their flourishing office at the Associate level.

You will join a close-knit team, ranked very highly for their work. The team acts on variety of instructions including corporate transactional and commercial work across an array of sectors.

The clients the team advises are primarily composed of private companies owned and run by high-net-worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs. Many of these businesses are large and hold a multinational presence and the team also acts for a number of listed companies.

The position will focus on transactional corporate work such as share purchases, M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations, shareholder and investor agreements and fund raisings.

Other work covered will include a range of commercial and banking work such as lending and security documents, terms and conditions and supply and distribution agreements.

This position comes with a large amount of client contact and you will be covered to manage your own files autonomously with Partner support. articles and attending events.

You will benefit from opportunities to engage in business development, growing the team and your own perosnal practice. You will also be offered to engage in supervising and training more junior members of staff.

In a team made up of 3 Partners, 2 solicitors and 1 trainee, there are strong prospects to take the step up to Senior Associate.

Requirements:

• You will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor 3+ years PQE
• Previous experience in a Corporate Department
• Good knowledge of Company Law
• Solid communication skills and the ability to work in a team
