Conveyancer - Hybrid Working, Leading Regional Firm!

A fantastic new opportunity has come up for an experienced Conveyancer to join one of Merseyside's leading law firms!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer (qualified or non-qualified) to join the team of one of Merseyside's leading law firms! Offering a great salary of up to around £45,000, along with great hybrid working and career prospects, this role is perfect for any Conveyancer with at least 1 years' experience handling their own residential conveyancing caseload.

This role will see you responsible for:

• Handling a mixed caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, shared ownership, newbuild and right-to-buys
• Handle cases from inception to completion, and ensure that all aspects of the case are dealt with
• Ensure that paralegals and legal assistants are supported and are able to deal with matters in the best way possible, including offering one to ones with them
• Liaise with clients, referrers and third parties where appropriate, and ensure that good relationships are built with all

Ideally, you will be an experienced Conveyancer with at least 1 years' experience handling your own Conveyancing caseload, and there is no requirement for a professional qualification. You will be experienced in dealing with a variety of conveyancing matters, and feel confident in your ability to deal with a fairly high-volume caseload.
