The Role
3+ PQE Corporate Energy Lawyer to join Band 1 & Tier 1 team within a Bristol Top 50
Part of the most prominent and well-received Corporate teams outside the City and within the wider cross-sector Energy team, the Corporate Energy unit is considered the region's best, with international recognition for its output.
Offering a broad diet, you'll take the reigns in providing corporate advice whilst completing JV's, M&A's and fundraising on matters that are high-profile and often cross border, across a variety of technologies
The team regularly advise alongside the Magic Circle, uniquely offering this level of quality without the lifestyle drawbacks afflicted to those based in the City.
The Requirements
- 3+ PQE within Corporate, no ceiling on PQE
- Historicalic exposure to Energy transactions
- Willingness to develop and progress up the career ladder.
- Engagement with present and future clients with the ability to manage, exceed and anticipate evolving needs and expectations.
