Civil Litigation Solicitor, Kent – This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established local law firm looking to recruit an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years’ PQE.

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established law firm. They are looking to appoint a Civil Litigation Solicitor who is ready to hit the ground running. You will be managing an allocated workload and be required to progress these matters through to settlement or trial. This is a varied and busy role and will cover a wide range of civil litigation matters. You will also have the opportunity to develop the team moving forward.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Civil Litigation Solicitor will have a minimum of 5+ years’ PQE and be highly motivated with a passion for this area of law. You must be committed to offering proficient advice on all areas of Civil Litigation whilst ensuring client needs are understood and efficiently met. You will have excellent organisation, communication (written and oral) and IT skills and be able to manage and adhere to strict deadlines. Experience of business development would be advantageous but is not essential.
