The Role:

• This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the firm's dynamic office in Huddersfield, with hybrid working in place
• The Legal 500 ranked Clinical Negligence team work solely on behalf of claimants and their families on a broad range of complex and high-value cases
• As such, you will have a diverse caseload covering a full spectrum of catastrophic cases, including brain damage, amputation, birth injury, fatalities and delays in diagnosis - making for a challenging yet rewarding working lifestyle
• As a junior solicitor, you will also have the opportunity to work closely alongside the Head of Department on numerous complex cases, giving you a unique platform to swiftly progress into a well-established Clinical Negligence lawyer

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor from 1 to 4 years PQE
• Well-organised and proactive
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and oral communication skills
