Product Analyst

We are working with an international law firm who are looking for a document automation specialist to join their strong team in the UK.

The primary responsibility of this role is establishing document automation templates and processes to streamline document production as the firm see this as a vital tool in supporting their fee earners.

Responsibilities include identify and deliver document automation projects, keeping up to date through training of the automation tool and be the 'go to' person in the firm to resolve all queries, participate and contribute to effective relationships with vendors, business analysts and project management teams.

The successful candidate will ideally have some document automation experience, be a strong communicator as you will be dealing with colleagues of all levels of seniority, have a solutions mindset, be able to use their own initiative, be organised and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

This is a hybrid role but travelling to their office in the north of England will be required for 1-2 days per week so applicants need to consider this when applying.
