Residential Property Head of Department
A well regarded local law firm is seeking a qualified solicitor or legal executive who would be interested in taking over the running of their existing, successful and profitable residential property team. The head of department will inherit a department with a healthy network of referrers, a steady supply of "walk in" business and some ready made opportunities for further expansion.
Applications sought from:
- Qualified solicitors or legal executives with 3+ year's PQE (required for CQS purposes);
- Good knowledge of general conveyancing work;
- Interest in leading a team (with support from the Partners);
- Friendly, proactive attitude and an ability to build relationships with referrers;
- Desire to be part of a successful and forward thinking law firm.
