• Leading Law firm in Norfolk seeks an experienced Conveyancer with a proven technical knowledge of the whole conveyancing process with a focus on dealing with large mixed use development sites.
• The successful Conveyancer (Development) will be working within an established and highly rated team where you be allocated a large mixed use development site and be responsible for exchanges of contracts, dealing with enquiries raised by buyers’ solicitors, creating documents and providing updates to clients.
• The team acts for major developer clients to ensure quick and efficient exchanges and completions of their plot sales.
