A leading L500 North Yorkshire firm is currently looking to hire a Private Client Solicitor to join the team.
You will be joining a busy private client department that specialises in wills, LPAs, estates, trusts and tax advise with some members of the team focusing on charity law and contentious probate.
The successful Private Client Solicitor will handle a varied caseload to include Estate planning, drafting wills, administration of trusts, non-contentious probate and administration, lasting and enduring powers of attorneys, Inheritance Act Claims.
The firm is flexible over the level of PQE, but it is essential that you are able to hit the ground running. Applications from Partner level are also welcomed.
