An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join an established firm in Harrow to work alongside the Civil Litigation Partner. The role is currently a temporary role but with a chance of becoming permanent.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Solicitor

• Working on a variety of civil litigation cases including; PPI Claims, debt recovery, nuisance claims, landlord & tenant matters and personnel injury work in relation to traffic accidents.

• Supporting the Civil Litigation Partner

• Managing own caseload

• Completing necessary application forms

• Liaising with third parties including Courts, Barristers and Solicitors

• Drafting statements

• Supervising junior staff members

• Obtaining detailed instructions from clients

• Provide legal advise to clients

Profile

The successful Civil Litigation Solicitor will:

• Be a UK qualified Solicitor 2PQE+

• Have experience in civil litigation specifically in claims matters

• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Be able to work from the Firm's office in Croydon or Harrow
