Family Solicitor

We are working with a highly regarded legal 500 firm, which has grown remarkably over the last few years to source them a Family Solicitor.
f you are looking to develop your career as a family specialist on high quality work while being part of a supportive and welcoming firm, then this role is for you.

The role:

• Be able to handle a range of divorce and cohabitation disputes
• Managing own case load and complex family disputes
• Already be familiar with a broad range of matters including matrimonial finance, private law children work and cohabitation disputes.
• You will be working within a specialist team structure, and you will benefit from supervision and support. We can provide assistance and training to ensure you are working at the right level as part of our team, but you must be capable of working independently.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years PQE and will have worked within a family law team previous.
• The role would suit a person with a solid background and interest in family law, and the ability to assist the team with a varied case load covering different types of family law cases, which may include some legally aided cases . 
• You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team
